Remember Include Numbers of Beds and Unit Type In Resume

When create a successful resume, a specific previous job detail is the best. But how? Ok, two things you may consider are most important: numbers of beds you took care with and unit type let the recruiter knows well about you.

First of all, state how many beds you worked at and which units you belong to. Keep simple by using few words, but say something real, for instance number of beds.

Second few words show unit type. Recruiters once mentioned some resumes list “7 East” as worked unit. No, do not write your resume like that. The right way is type of unites, for example MS, TELE, ICU, CVICU, ER, etc., The best part here is include your caseload, meaning the level of you handled in the nurse to patient ratio.
